MATERIAL & DESCRIPTION

These garments are made from a 100% specially spun polyester, with each design being made-to-order. Premium Microfiber Polyester and hand-finished to ensure your hoodie graphic is aligned, complete, and totally brilliant. Machine wash as much as you like - our hoodies undergo sublimation printing that utilizes a special heat-dye application that resists fading and bleeds. High-quality zipper gives you quick in and out access with no snags!

COMFORT & STYLE

100% Polyester and Cotton(Tank-tops, t-shirts, and sweatshirts are majority cotton) . This fabric is incredibly strong and durable as well as resistant to wrinkles, shrinking, abrasion, and mildew. Machine washable and easy to care for.

VIVID & ORIGINAL 360 DESIGN

The back of each design is the same as the front, so passerbys will be able to accurately double take your awesome product and confirm their jealousy of you. It stays wrinkle free and soft to the hand forever, able to withstand summer festivals, late nights and world domination with style and grace. High-definition sublimation printing technique covers the entire front, back, hood, sleeves… everything! Each fabric panel of the pullover is printed with the graphics before sewing to ensure the design is flawless and the construction is perfect.

WASHING & CARE

REJOICE! All of our clothes can we be washed and dried by MACHINE. Use hot, or cold water, it doesn't matter. We use top of the line printing and material to prolong the 'washing fade' look.

MANUFACTURE & TECHNOLOGY

We print our product using dye-sublimation, a technology that allows for us to produce these insanely vibrant all over designs. Each hoodie is created and hand-finished. High construction quality with great attention to detail ensures these hoodies won't ever fade, crack, or peel!

Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact service@personalityone.co.uk and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
Damaged/Incorrect Order
At PersonalityOne, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at service@personalityone.co.uk and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or a refund for you!
Order not received
If your item has not arrived within 60 days after having ordered, contact one of our heroes through our Contact Us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries, stolen packages.)
Returns&Refund
In most cases, we will replace defective items or an incorrect order simply by receiving a photograph showing the specific problem with the product and by including the order number.
To return your items, you should contact service@personalityone.co.uk. Please note that you will take responsibility for paying the shipping costs to return.
Items in used condition are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. New and unused items that have been successfully received by customers within 30 days are eligible for returns or exchanges. Once 30 days have elapsed from the receipt of goods, refunds and exchanges will no longer be accepted.

The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered.
